Purchase of Coffee
When you register an account on the website you will automatically be signed up to receive a regular delivery of our products, based on your selection. You can manage and make changes to your orders at any time. You can submit orders online at any time after you have created an account. The website allows you to review your order and make any corrections before submitting it to us.
Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the products from us. An order confirmation message is displayed. This message must be displayed for us to accept your order.
Delivery and returns
We want your coffee to arrive to you as fresh as possible.
We roast every Monday and we dispatch each Wednesday.
Coffee will only be dispatched after we have received cleared funds. Please ensure your payment details are up to date. Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time but must be made before close of business on Monday of the week that the coffee is dispatched. If we receive the cancellation after the coffee has been dispatched, then you will be charged for that delivery.
If you change address, you must update your address details in the relevant section of the website to ensure that coffees are not sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will not be refunded or credited for any coffees posted to the wrong location.
We do not guarantee delivery dates we can only give the date the coffee left us.
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription if it occurs that the postal service in your area is repeatedly unreliable
Coffee can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland); this excludes PO Box addresses and BFPO addresses.
Roasted coffee shipping charges:
Coffee Subscription sent Royal Mail 1st Class Parcels over 3 kg are usually sent via Parcel Force.
All delivery charges for coffee are charged at cost. Please contact us if you require confirmation.
UK Delivery is Free for orders over £25
Coffee Machines and Grinders:
Postage and packaging will be quoted at time of order and may not qualify for free delivery.
International postage is calculated at checkout.
For International orders over 2kg or International Subscriptions please contact us directly to obtain a postal quote
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then AYITIAN COFFEE offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods. You must notify us within seven days of receiving your order of any damage or incorrect quantity.
Change of mind
If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team at email@example.com. All shipping back to AYITIAN COFFEE is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as AYITIAN COFFEE cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. If the product is deemed unsatisfactory, we will offer a like for like replacement at no extra charge.
Free or discounted offers
Free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of the website. Except where expressly stated, previous users or trialists of the website do not qualify for an additional special offer.
Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits are available only once to any one person.

You will be charged the full price for coffee subscriptions after your free or discounted offer. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the AYITIAN COFFEE service until you cancel scheduled coffee subscription.
Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits can only be redeemed against coffees and coffee accessories.
You agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, harm, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or equipment linked directly or indirectly with this website. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks underlying or connected to this website or our services or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to this website.
All content and programming of the website is our property.
